Field Supervisor (Decatur)

About the role

Ranger Environmental Services is seeking a Field Supervisor with knowledge of the industrial cleaning industry to oversee field operations, ensure safety, and lead a team. This is a full-time position requiring travel to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews in industrial cleaning and environmental services
• Operate vacuum trucks and hydro blasting units
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Provide leadership and on-the-job training to team members

Requirements

• Valid CDL A or B license with Tanker endorsement (Hazmat preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in industrial cleaning or environmental services
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Proven experience operating vacuum trucks and hydro blasting equipment
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
