Field Supervisor (Commercial Plumbing)

Location: Matthews, NC

Salary: $90,000–$120,000/year + Vehicle + Benefits

Start Date: ASAP | Full-Time

Position Summary

Our client is hiring a Field Supervisor to lead large commercial plumbing projects — from hospitals to complex mechanical systems. This is a leadership role for a seasoned field professional who can oversee crews, manage jobsite operations, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for large commercial plumbing projects.
• Cookordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to meet schedule milestones.
• Ensure work complies with project specs, code requirements, and safety standards.
• Lead and mentor field crews of plumbers and apprentices.
• Collaborate with project managers and estimators to manage budgets and job costs.
• Attend client and site coordination meetings.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and jobsite safety.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale commercial projects (non-multifamily).
• Hospital or healthcare construction experience preferred.
• NC and/or SC plumbing license preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license; clean record.

Compensation & Benefits
