Field Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a hardworking, goal-oriented, full-time Waterproofing Construction Supervisor to join our Basement Waterproofing Team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise basement waterproofing or foundation service work
• Oversee onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship
• Protect the customer experience throughout the installation process
• Maintain a field presence 80% of the time, with 20% office responsibilities

Requirements

• Basement waterproofing or foundation experience (required)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 65 lbs
• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
• Management experience
• Own hand tools and power tools (a plus, but not required)

Pay

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year, with a weekly base salary of over $1,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities.
