Field Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and instruct independent technicians or subcontractors in the field using a company-provided vehicle.
• Ensure correct, safe, and efficient locating of underground utilities, including telecommunications, electric power, cable TV, gas, water, and sewer systems.
• Oversee thorough searches for underground utilities in designated areas, proper marking of locations, completion of necessary paperwork, and photographing each locate.
• Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
• Use a company-provided laptop and/or tablet to document services and problems.
• Work directly with customers and resolve problems in a professional manner.
