Field Supervisor - Afternoon and Overnight Shifts

About the role

Guardian Security Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the position of Field Supervisor. The role involves overseeing Security Officers to ensure service expectations are met, maintaining quality standards, and improving the overall performance of the Security Program.

Responsibilities

• Mentoring and coaching Security Officers in proper security measures.
• Ensuring quality standards are being maintained through post inspections and training/counseling.
• Making recommendations to enhance the Security Program.
• Maintaining practical knowledge of all post instructions.
• Documenting and reporting any property damage and special occurrences.
• Responding to incidents and documenting accurately.
• Greeting residents and visitors professionally.
• Providing excellent customer service and public relations.

Requirements

• 8-hour shifts, including nights, afternoons, weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in all situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A minimum of 25 years of age.
• A High School Diploma/GED or military service record.
• A valid Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) or willingness to apply for one.
• A 20-hour training certificate or completion within 30 days of employment.
• A clean MVR report.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• To complete a pre-employment screening process, including drug screening.
• To maintain an impeccable image and adhere to professional grooming standards.
• A mature demeanor, personality, and attitude.
• Strong customer service, public relations, and interaction skills with diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal, written, and non-verbal.
• To maintain a working telephone at all times.
• A reliable means of transportation.

Pay

$22.00 per hour

Schedule

8-hour shift, weekend availability, holidays, night shift
