About the role

The Field Superintendent (Telecommunications / Fiber) is responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of telecommunications and fiber optic networks. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of telecommunications and fiber optic networks
• Manage and mentor a team of technicians to ensure project timelines are met
• Resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions to network problems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications or fiber optic engineering
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay
