Responsibilities

• Field Superintendent is responsible for the repair of all assigned units so as to conform to customer and Company requirements related to quality improvement, safety, cost improvement and customer satisfaction in support of Region objectives.
• Responsible for employee selection, training and safety for all assigned projects.
• Provide technical solutions, ensure workplace safety, supervise technicians and job site activity, and support service, maintenance and repair sales.
• Be an expert at fulfilling customer requirements and maximizing profitability; demonstrate excellent communication, financial acumen, business development, and management skills
