Field Superintendent - Repair
Main Responsibilities
The Field Superintendent is responsible for the performance and quality of all assigned units, ensuring customer and company requirements are met with a focus on safety, quality, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role plays a critical part in supporting regional objectives while overseeing field operations, employee development, and project execution.
Requirements
- BS/AS degree in Engineering or Business preferred with prior technical sales experience; or, Journeyman Technician experience with minimum 5 years in field
- Minimum 3 years experience in either the elevator industry or in a related building systems industry
- Solid problem solving and proven negotiating skills, high sense of urgency, strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent PC skills

Pay
Base Salary: $113,400 - $141,700

Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Please note that the compensation listed reflects only base salary and does not include commissions or longer-term incentives.
