Responsibilities
- Provide technical solutions, ensuring workplace safety
- Supervise technicians and job site activity
- Support service, maintenance and repair sales
- Manage ongoing program of project audits to assure conformance of performance standards
- Develop and implement manpower selection, training, and performance appraisal programs
- Evaluate and initiate requests for tooling to support productivity improvement
- Maintain and manage pro-active relationships with local IUEC business agents
- Foster excellent communication among team members while maintaining good working relationships with the local union
- Ensure that service, maintenance and repair offerings meet Company quality and safety standards, as well as all contract requirements
- Continuously improve service delivery to ensure uniformly efficient and effective service
- Implement customer and Company requirements for quality, performance, and passenger safety
- Develop a spirit of teamwork and dedication to quality among all employees
- Participate in Company professional development programs to enhance working knowledge of Elevator Company products, services, and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 3+ years of technical experience in the elevator industry or related field
- Experience in installation and service of elevators/escalators preferred
- Prior supervisory experience with a unionized workforce is preferred
- Computer proficiency required. Experience in Microsoft Office suite software, Lotus Notes, and SAP is preferred
- Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing

- Base Salary: $113,400 - $141,700
- Full vested 401k match, up to 7% of total eligible compensation

Pay
Base Salary: $113,400 - $141,700

Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Please note that the compensation listed reflects only base salary and does not include commissions or longer-term incentives.
