Field Superintendent | Finisher for Multi-Family

Job Summary

Horizon Construction Group is seeking a Finisher Field Superintendent to coordinate and oversee the final touches of construction projects to ensure a visually appealing and functional result, while meeting quality standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ experience in construction, including large-scale multi-family residential and/or commercial construction.
• OSHA30 and First Aid/CPR certification required upon employment.
• Familiarity with all facets of construction, including earthwork, drainage, framing, finishes, and mechanicals.
• Strong supervisory, teaching, and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including walking job sites, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Clear vision for reading plans and screens, and ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Benefits

Compensation details: $65,000 - $95,000 yearly salary.
