About the role

The Valve Specialist will be responsible for building relationships with contractors, engineers, and distributors in the mechanical/industrial markets, primarily in Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and northeastern Indiana.

Responsibilities

  • Build lasting relationships across a broad range of ASC-ES, contractor, distributor, and industry constituents
  • Select, demonstrate, and promote the best ASC-ES product solutions for specific end user applications to various customers
  • Work with distribution facing sales team in ASC-ES to assure sales closure, incremental product placement, and achieve sales targets
  • Develop new contractor and project prospects for the ASC-ES Pipeline
  • Establish expertise and train key decision makers and users to ensure company-wide buy-in for ASC-ES products
  • Integrate into local trade organizations and associations to leverage contractor relationships for demand generation
  • Be the product team's eyes/ears about what is happening in the field from distributors, contractors, and competition in your category of expertise
  • Embrace, utilize, and demonstrate fluency in sales technology such as CRM, Tableau, and Dodge reporting
  • Learn about the use of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) tools and their relevance in selling at ASC-ES

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD annually. The salary range reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this role, based on additional factors such as education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
