Field Specialist IV - SCS
About the role
Would you like to work on complex field operations within Sand Control Systems across global energy projects? Do you enjoy applying your technical expertise to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality solutions in demanding field environments?
Responsibilities
- Executing medium to high-risk applications within the Sand Control Systems Product Group with a high level of competency.
- Supporting low to medium-risk applications across other product lines as required.
- Applying thorough knowledge of drilling, completion techniques, and workover rig operations.
- Demonstrating strong mechanical and technical proficiency in sand control products within at least one product line.
- Supporting offshore operations, including 24/7 on-call responsibilities, and working in remote environments.
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure safe and efficient job execution.
- Maintaining accurate job documentation, operational reports, and service records.
- Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting Aftermarket (AMO) operations and other business needs as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Technical Degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of field experience in Sand Control System products.
- Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability.
- Proven experience in deepwater deployment and offshore operations.
- Willing and able to work on a 24-hour on-call basis and travel internationally as required.
- Possess working knowledge of technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Effective computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work safely in high-risk environments while adhering to PPE and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid security clearance.
Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability.
- Experience in deepwater deployment and offshore operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work safely in high-risk environments.

Schedule
Offshore support: Ad hoc 24/7 on-call availability
Onshore schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (when not offshore)
Additional support for AMO operations as needed
