About the role
As a Field Specialist in our Artificial Lift division with ESP business, you will provide support for ESP operations, oversee operational work to ensure pre-check, installation, and basic on-site maintenance are carried out safely, and work under your own initiative to meet operation schedules and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation and pulling of ESP and associated equipment in onshore oil and water wells.
- Assist with testing ESP equipment to maximize well productivity.
- Follow internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Act as the primary customer contact for critical or escalated issues on all orders.
- Take ownership of knowing the operational status of field equipment at the well site.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent level of education.
- 1-5 years of Artificial Lift and ESP experience.
- Relevant industry experience (electronic, oilfield, automotive) with excellent mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of electronic components.
- Basic knowledge of running ESP or Artificial Lift tools or equipment.
- Must be local to a geographic area.
This position requires valid work authorization in the country of employment. The employer is unable to sponsor work authorization for this role at any time.
Schedule
- 11 days on / 3 days off working shifts, or
- 12 days on / 2 days off working shifts.
