Field Solutions Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Attend customer meetings to architect cloud and managed services solutions
• Engage in consultative customer interactions to assess needs and propose solutions
• Design solutions based on thorough analysis of client requirements
• Support national sales teams by delivering technical solution documentation
• Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends
• Create comprehensive documentation for successful implementation of solutions
• Formulate and present complex hybrid solution designs to customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field preferred
• 8-15 years of experience in sales, consulting, or sales engineering
• Strong design and explanation skills for both business and technical audiences
• Technical knowledge of multi-tier cloud-based applications and architectures
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills
