Responsibilities
- Technical Consultation: Act as technical advisors to customers, helping them understand and evaluate solutions that meet their specific needs and requirements.
- Solution Design and Architecture: Design customized solutions based on customer requirements, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and integration with existing systems.
- Implementation and Deployment: Oversee the implementation of solutions at customer sites, ensuring that installations are completed successfully and according to specifications.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and perform as expected.
- Customer Training and Support: Provide training sessions to customers on how to use and maintain implemented solutions effectively. Offer ongoing technical support, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and guiding customers through solution updates or enhancements.
- Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with product development teams, providing feedback from the field to improve products and develop new features. Share expertise and best practices with colleagues to enhance overall team knowledge.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, understanding their business challenges and providing strategic guidance on technology solutions that align with their goals.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of implemented solutions, configurations, and support activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical role, including experience in complex technology solutions implementation and support.
- Proven ability to design and implement custom technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
