Field Services Technician I

Essential Responsibilities

• Preventative and remedial maintenance of Redflex fixed site installed systems.
• (At times requires out of hours work) including rotating on call coverage.
• Perform electronics and communications troubleshooting of installed equipment.
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting of equipment enclosures.
• Programming/configuring of ITS, red light camera and speed enforcement system components in the field.
• Troubleshoot, fault-find and repair a variety of ITS, red light camera and speed enforcement system issues.
• Must be able to prioritise tasks, carry out works as per Standard Operating Procedures and record activities performed at site by completing accurate reports.
