Field Services Technician

About the role

Everforth ECS is seeking a Field Services Technician to work in our Gulfport, MS office. This candidate must diagnose and repair Uncrewed Surface Vehicles (USV) as a maintenance technician. This includes pre-deployment, in-field, and post-mission maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Uncrewed Surface Vehicles (USV) as a maintenance technician.
• Perform equipment preparation, inspections, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance in support of USV operations.
• Conduct cable fabrication, battery handling and servicing, inventory management, and logistics support to ensure operational availability of USV platforms and spares.
• Execute pre-deployment, in-field, and post-mission maintenance for USVs to support safe, reliable, and sustained operations.
• Support payload integration, system checkout, and mission readiness verification prior to deployment and during operations.
• Maintain technical documentation, maintenance records, and configuration tracking for USV platforms and payload systems.
• Provide operational support for land-based, pier-side, and vessel-based USV operations, including deployment and recovery activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

Desired Skills

• Experience with maintenance of USVs.
• Experience with technical documentation.

Occasional travel to Galveston, TX.
