Field Services and Training Specialist (Lineman)

About the role

The Field Services and Training Specialist (Lineman) plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure. This position involves performing various tasks related to field services and training.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine and emergency maintenance on electrical equipment and systems
• Assisting with the installation and commissioning of new electrical projects
• Training new employees on safety protocols and operational procedures
• Documenting all work performed and maintaining accurate records
• Participating in regular safety meetings and drills

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance or construction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in using electrical testing equipment
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
• Experience with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
