About the role
Responsible for providing field service support to clients in the Wheatland area.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve client issues related to equipment maintenance and repair.
- Travel to client sites as needed to perform services.
- Document work performed and communicate with clients regarding progress and outcomes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Experience in a customer service or technical support role preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good physical condition to perform fieldwork.
