Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment.
• Provide customer support and resolve issues promptly.
• Travel to job sites as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Experience in field service or related industry preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Knowledge of Caterpillar and other industrial machinery brands.
• Basic electrical and hydraulic systems understanding.
• Good computer skills, including basic programming knowledge.
