Field Service Technician - St. Dominic
About the role
FMOL's St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS is seeking a Field Support Technician to join their new offsite support team. This team supports the clinic locations and has three main responsibilities: handling escalated helpdesk tickets for hardware/software issues, performing project-based work such as upgrades, hardware deployments, and new clinic deployments, and conducting "rounding" visits at the clinic sites.
Responsibilities
- Tickets escalated from the helpdesk for hardware/software issues
- Project-based work including upgrades, hardware deployments, new clinic deployments, hardware moves, etc.
- Rounding visits at clinic sites to address technical issues proactively
Requirements
- Highly skilled in customer service
- Prior IT hardware and software experience

This is a Contract position based out of Jackson, MS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $22.00/hr. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
