Field Service Technician - Production Equipment

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network failures.
• Maintain technical knowledge across multiple product groups, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Provide technical support and guidance to less experienced technicians.
• Complete and maintain accurate Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and manage assigned properties.
• Address escalated technical and customer service issues within assigned territories.

Qualifications & Skills

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Basic understanding of internet environments and completion of relevant training programs.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel and work in a 24/7 environment, including shift work and on-call rotations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and active movement (walking, standing, stooping).
