Troubleshooting
Troubleshoots customer machine problems in person or over the phone to successful resolution
Order Generation
Generates orders for required parts needed
Travel
Travels as required to end users to perform service
Service Tasks
- Handles and processes returned service parts
- Performs preventative maintenance on machines as time allows
- Affords assistance to distributors in installing new machines and machine upgrades
Reporting
Sets up activity reports and other required documentation
Qualifications
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Electronics knowledge
- Ability to read blueprints & schematics
- Ability to use computer applications (e.g. Word, Excel)

- Good verbal & written communication skills

- Strong mechanical aptitude

- Medium noise, i.e., manufacturing facility with machinery operating on factory floor with heavy traffic
