Field Service Technician - North Alabama

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test compressed air equipment on-site at customer facilities
- Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on compressed air equipment on-site at customer facilities
- Consult with and advise customers on compressed air equipment needs, maintenance, and repairs
- Document work performed using designated forms and submit reports to appropriate business units in a timely manner
- Cookordinate with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, Parts and Sales Departments to facilitate service to customers
- Other tasks as needed or assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Driver's License with clear Motor Vehicle Record
- 2+ years' industrial equipment maintenance experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time management skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal / customer service skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Keen attention to detail
Qualifications
- 1+ years' compressed air system maintenance experience
- 1+ years' refrigeration equipment maintenance experience
- EPA Section 608 Technician (Universal Refrigerant) Certification
- ASSE 6040 (Medical Gas Maintenance Personnel) Certification
