This position is designed for emerging to mid-level Technicians who are eager to grow their technical acumen while delivering an exceptional customer experience. As part of our junior talent pipeline, you will work closely under the mentorship of senior technicians and leadership to support EV repairs, inspections, and field service operations. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, possesses strong communication skills, and brings a passion for innovation and adventure. While based primarily at a local service center, this role may involve remote work, traveling for mobile service, or supporting plant operations as business needs evolve.
Responsibilities
- Vehicle Service & Repair: Perform or assist with assigned vehicle diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections—whether at a service center, mobile route, or remote location.
- Technical Guidance & Learning: Learn to identify and explain the product line, EV framework, tools, and accessories while establishing peer relationships and working under the mentorship of senior technicians.
- Procedure & Safety Adherence: Utilize available technical resources and follow repair procedures
