Rivian · Nashville, TN · 4 wk ago
On-siteOTHR$22.5–$33.16/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real, specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Equal Opportunity" etc. Also remove "Candidate Data Privacy and Technology" etc. Also remove "How We Use AI in Our Hiring Process". Also remove "You can apply for this role through ..." etc. Also remove "There is no fixed deadline..." etc. We need to preserve substantive information: About Rivian (company description) maybe goes under "About the role"? Actually "About Rivian" is company overview; could be placed under "About the role" or maybe separate? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should have sections like About the role (maybe includes Rivian mission and role summary). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (list). Skills (maybe the Spectrum of Technical Skills). Benefits (list). Pay (the salary range). Schedule (maybe mention 40-hour work week, weekends, holidays, shifts). Also maybe "Experience" could go under Qualifications or Requirements. We'll treat "Experience" as part of Qualifications. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for Pay, Benefits, Schedule. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content: About Rivian: mission statement etc. Role Summary: hands-on Field Service Technician, support repairs, collaborative, team-oriented, dynamic fast-paced, based primary location, may require remote/travel to plant, etc. Also mention level-agnostic posting, etc. We'll combine About Rivian and Role Summary into About the role section. Responsibilities: bullet list from "Perform or assist with assigned vehicle diagnosis..." etc. Need to split into list items. Qualifications: list items: High School Diploma or GED preferred; Proficient using hand/power tools; Must be at least 21; Valid driver's license clean record; Ability to drive non-commercial truck and trailer preferred; Available for 40-hour work week including weekends, holidays, shifts; Proficient with laptops/computers Windows/Mac; Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, eagerness to learn; Ability to perform physical tasks lifting up to 50 lbs, sitting, standing, walking, frequent hand use; Physical exertion may be required (list tasks); Ability to read and speak fluent English; Ability to see, read and interpret documents; This role may require regular interaction with customers etc. Experience: Hands-on work experience in automotive shop highly preferred; recent automotive graduate encouraged; open to various levels; background in EV/hybrid repair plus; experience in start-up environments preferred; experience with parts departments, billing, work order management systems preferred. We could incorporate Experience into Qualifications or Requirements. Since we have Qualifications section, we can include experience there. Skills: Spectrum of Technical Skills: detailed bullet list for each area: Low Voltage & Electrical Systems, High Voltage Systems, Chassis, Brakes & Suspension, Thermal Systems, ADAS, Body & Glass. We'll make subheadings? The instruction only says use

for section headings; we could still use

for subheadings? Not specified but we can keep within Skills section using
  • and maybe include bold text. We'll just list each as a
  • with description. Benefits: "We offer a comprehensive package of benefits for full-time and part-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26, including but not limited to paid vacation, paid sick leave, and a competitive portfolio of insurance benefits including life, medical, dental, vision, short-term disability insurance, and long-term disability insurance to eligible employees. You may also have the opportunity to participate in Rivian’s 401(k) Plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program if you meet certain eligibility requirements. Full-time employee coverage is effective on their first day of employment. Part-time employee coverage is effective the first of the month following 90 days of employment. More information about benefits is available at rivianbenefits.com." Pay: salary range $22.50 to $33.16 per hour for Tennessee based applicants. Also note shift differential 15% for night shift 6PM-6AM. Also mention annual performance bonus eligibility. Schedule: "Must be available for a 40-hour work week, which may include weekends, holidays, and shifts during early morning, evening, or overnight hours based on business needs." Also night shift hours vary by location. We'll create Schedule section with that. Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate like Equal Opportunity, Candidate Data Privacy, AI usage, application instructions, etc. We'll output HTML:
