Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites to perform preventive maintenance and emergency service
- Perform new machine installation, commissioning, and customer training
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and communicate effectively with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service levels, prompt execution, and customer follow-up
- Act in a professional, courteous, and business-like manner to enhance the company’s market presence
Requirements
- High School Diploma (minimum requirement)
- Minimum of 5 years working with mechanical equipment
- Extensive travel, up to 75%
- Ability to work up to 12 hours at times
- Availability for occasional weekend work
- Understanding of hand tools and mechanical techniques
- Computer literacy
- Some technical writing skills
- Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Ability to function well in an unsupervised position
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to discuss technically complex issues with non-technical people
- Strong organizational skills, particularly on-site
- Background in Wastewater, Renewable Energy, Dairies, or Breweries (preferred)
