Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer sites to perform preventive maintenance and emergency service
  • Perform new machine installation, commissioning, and customer training
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and communicate effectively with customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service levels, prompt execution, and customer follow-up
  • Act in a professional, courteous, and business-like manner to enhance the company’s market presence

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (minimum requirement)
  • Minimum of 5 years working with mechanical equipment
  • Extensive travel, up to 75%
  • Ability to work up to 12 hours at times
  • Availability for occasional weekend work
  • Understanding of hand tools and mechanical techniques
  • Computer literacy
  • Some technical writing skills
  • Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Ability to function well in an unsupervised position
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to discuss technically complex issues with non-technical people
  • Strong organizational skills, particularly on-site
  • Background in Wastewater, Renewable Energy, Dairies, or Breweries (preferred)
