Job Description

    • Lead equipment installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
    • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software issues
    • Deliver onsite and remote technical support with fast response times
    • Train customers on equipment operation and best practices
    • Manage service cases from assignment through resolution
    • Maintain detailed service documentation and reports
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product quality and performance
    • Support customer visits, testing (FAT), and lab activities

What You’ll Do

Key Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license & ability to travel internationally
  • Passport eligibility (no restrictions)
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in industrial environments
