Job Description

  • We’re looking for a Field Services Technician who thrives in hands-on environments, enjoys travel, and excels at solving complex technical problems. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our Aftermarket team, delivering world-class support, installation, and maintenance for advanced automation equipment across customer sites.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead equipment installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software issues
  • Deliver onsite and remote technical support with fast response times
  • Train customers on equipment operation and best practices
  • Manage service cases from assignment through resolution
  • Maintain detailed service documentation and reports
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product quality and performance
  • Support customer visits, testing (FAT), and lab activities

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of field service, maintenance, or technical support experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and control systems
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings
  • Hands-on experience with tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication and customer-facing experience
  • Associate degree or equivalent technical training preferred

Key Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license & ability to travel internationally
  • Passport eligibility (no restrictions)
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in industrial environments
