About the role
P&G Professional is the commercial division of Procter & Gamble, focused on improving the lives of consumers away from home. We provide the hospitality, foodservice, and long-term care industries with chemical programs and solutions that keep their facilities clean and safe. The Specialist is a field-based position working independently to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our chemical dispensing equipment as well as commercial dish and on-premise laundry machines. This role is also responsible for training and coaching our field-based Senior Field Service technicians. The goal is to deliver exceptional service that ensures customer retention and superior customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing equipment and commercial dish/on-premise laundry machines.
- Train and coach Senior Field Service technicians.
- Lift, lower, and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
- Push and pull objects up to 50 lbs.
- Climb vertical ladders, stairs, and navigate uneven surfaces (concrete, asphalt).
- Stand, sit, walk, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and reach for extended periods.
- Operate a computer keyboard and phone to input and access data.
- Discern visual and audible alarms/signals for equipment startup, evacuation, and fires.
- Operate a motor vehicle, spending approximately 30% of the day traveling between accounts in city, rural, and expressway conditions.
- Work in extreme temperatures (hot and cold) and warehouse conditions with dust, dirt, and temperature variances.
- Be onsite at customer locations to conduct service and maintenance, adhering to occupational health and safety requirements.
- Provide on-call coverage, which may include occasional weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- Background in plumbing, mechanical, and/or electrical programming.
- Preferred experience with Mechanical Warewash (MWW) and On-Premise Laundry (OPL).
- Working knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements, including reading schematic drawings.
- Proficiency with tools, data, and service equipment.
- Familiarity with laptop and cell phone technology, including Salesforce, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Must live in the specified city (Denver).
- Occasional overnight travel required.

Pay
$31.53 - $33.74 per hour.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
- 5-day work week, 8 hours per day (may include 12-hour shifts, occasional weekends, and night shifts).
