Field Service Technician/Installer

Main Responsibilities

• Perform quality installation and service on all vehicle-wash equipment and accessories, including troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues to provide personalized customer service.
• Develop and maintain rapport with our customer base and partner with the customer to make beneficial recommendations regarding the technical maintenance of their state-of-the-art equipment.
• Ensures all information is entered into the company computer system per training requirements.
• Daily travel in the service area is required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Technical school education preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of electrical experience.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and customer relation skills.
• Available to work overtime.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Car wash installation and service experience preferred.
• Complete required safety training, safely perform tasks, and follow safety policies.
• Wear specified personal protective equipment as needed throughout the shift, which may include steel/composite toe work boots, safety glasses, and/or protective gloves.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with a diverse team.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English to follow written and verbal instructions/directions.
