Field Service Technician II - San Diego
Job Summary
NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians to join their team. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy with mechanical aptitude, able to provide best-in-class service, and excited to work with leading retailers and banks.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and engaging manner
- Organize and triage customer issues
- Handle problems before they occur
- Provide solutions to customer needs
- Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls
- Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems
- Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access
Requirements
- Local candidate to specific geographic area
- Authorized to work in the US
- At least 19 years of age
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day
- Rotating and weekend shifts
- Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software; A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification; One or more years of related experience

Pay
$40,800.00 to $59,200.00 on the lower end, with more for well directly experienced professionals. Salary Range $48,800.00 - $73,200.00.
