Field Service Technician II - Northern WI
Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility
NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians to join our team. The Field Services Team delivers solutions that build long-term relationships with customers by providing prompt and effective service. Responsibilities include:
- Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and engaging manner
- Organize and triage customer issues
- Handle problems before they occur
Skills
You can expect a salary in the range of $40,800.00 to $59,200.00, depending on experience.
- Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
- Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems
- Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access
- Manage tasks involving network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access
Basic Qualifications
- Local candidate to specific geographic area
- Authorized to work in the US
- At least 19 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements
- PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day
- Rotating and weekend shifts
- Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software
- A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification
- One or more years of related experience
