About the role
Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers in the field. This includes troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems related to field equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Document all work performed and communicate with supervisors as necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Qualifications
