Field Service Technician II - Denver, CO

About the role

Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers in the field. This includes troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems related to field equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Document all work performed and communicate with supervisors as necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
