Field Service Technician II - Bellingham, WA.

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians to join our team. The Field Services Team delivers solutions that build long-term relationships with customers by providing best-in-class service. Your responsibilities include communicating effectively with customers, organizing and triaging issues, and managing tasks to prevent problems.

Skills

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
• Manage everything from network faults and traffic, to configuration, security, and remote system access
• Basic Qualifications: Local candidate to specific geographic area, authorized to work in the US, at least 19 years of age, valid driver’s license, PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
• Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software, A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification, one or more years of related experience

Salary Range

$40,800.00 to $59,200.00 on the lower end, more for well directly experienced professionals
