About the role
NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician I to join our team in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about problem-solving and learning new skills, particularly those with a background in military service or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Represent the NCR Atleos brand by responding to customer needs on-site.
- Diagnose and resolve basic ATM issues using error logs and service app information.
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
- Accurately report work performed and update customer records.
- Maintain parts inventory and related records.
- Report hours worked and miles driven daily.
- Follow safety and security procedures.
Requirements
- Reside in the specified geographic area.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation for work purposes.
- Familiarity and ability to use an Android cell phone (company provided).
- Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, skills, and knowledge.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid driver's license and meet company requirements.
- Provide proof of minimum insurance coverage.
- Have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, and/or flex shifts.
- Be able to work outside in all seasons with potential exposure to the elements.
- Have a high level of personal integrity and work well with minimal supervision.

Pay
The hourly rate of pay is $14.00, with an additional $6.00 per activity completed. Total pay range is $30,000-$45,000 annually.
Schedule
This role requires dispatching daily on a call-by-call basis or having a daily schedule. Flexibility is key, including nights, weekends, overtime, and/or flex shifts.
