As a Field Service Technician, you will travel across the country helping customers organize and optimize their maintenance shops. Responsibilities
- Installing and organizing inventory systems, shelving, and steel bin setups.
- Identifying, labeling, stocking, and optimizing maintenance products for improved workflow.
- Training customers on our ordering technology, including scanners, mobile apps, and web tools.
- Traveling Monday through Friday to customer locations throughout the United States while building strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Comfortable with frequent overnight travel (up to 90% during scheduled work weeks).
- Mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on work.
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in active shop environments.
- Valid driver’s license and high school diploma (or equivalent) are required.
You do not need previous Field Service experience—we will train you!

Schedule
Travel Monday through Friday to customer locations throughout the United States (up to 90% overnight travel during scheduled work weeks).
