Field Service Technician I - Charlotte, North Carolina

About the role

Responsibilities

• Install and organize inventory systems, shelving, and steel bin setups.
• Identify, label, stock, and optimize maintenance products for improved workflow.
• Train customers on our ordering technology, including scanners, mobile apps, and web tools.
• Travel Monday through Friday to customer locations throughout the United States while building strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Comfortable with frequent overnight travel (up to 90% during scheduled work weeks).
• Mechanically inclined and enjoys hands-on work.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in active shop environments.
• A valid driver's license and high school diploma (or equivalent) are required.

Qualifications

• No previous Field Service experience necessary—training will be provided.
• Must have a valid driver's license and high school diploma (or equivalent).

Skills

• Hands-on mechanical skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

The anticipated compensation range described above is subject to change and the compensation ultimately paid may be higher or lower than the range described above.

Schedule

Field Service Technicians travel Monday through Friday to customer locations throughout the United States.
