The Field Service Technician I will service, fix, upgrade, and perform preventative maintenance on various types of equipment such as coin & currency equipment, ATMs, software, and specialized office products located at client sites in Green Bay. Responsibilities include working with branch employees to satisfy client needs, addressing customer service requests, and safeguarding and maintaining a balanced vehicle stock parts inventory.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of working in Technical/Field Service position or similar technical profession
  • Impeccable Integrity
  • Strong electromechanical aptitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a positive, customer-first attitude
  • Personable, approachable, and able to work easily with others at all levels
  • Strong Attention to details - able to proof and prioritize your own work
  • Proficient in iOS, MS Office applications and Windows OS
  • Able to set and track goals independently, initiate and follow through on assignments without coaching, and work proactively as a team player
  • Able to commit to and meet project deadlines

Physical Requirements

  • Available for periodic travel to our corporate office in Mt. Prospect, IL for training classes
  • Able to lift, push or carry a minimum of 50 pounds such as large money counting machines and parts in and out of client sites
  • Ability to stand for long periods up to 75% of the time while servicing some equipment
  • Hand and wrist dexterity needed to turn screwdrivers and place parts and equipment
  • Phone or desk work about 10% of the time doing computer work, bench repair work, parts stocking, tracking service calls, and setting up appointments

Pay and Benefits

Competitive salaries - $25.00 to $27.00 per hour plus overtime
