About the role
We're looking for a Field Service Technician to support the maintenance and repair of Canon-supported products. Key responsibilities include reporting trends, providing efficient maintenance, and meeting customer demands.
Responsibilities
- Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with necessary documentation
- Ensure accurate information and record keeping
- Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate field/shop/on-site maintenance
- Maintain all technical information, reports, and property
- Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills
- Maintain assigned machines' performance
- Facilitate performance that supports branch/district metric targets
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of internet environments
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work more than 50% of the time
- Ability to comply with customer policies and protocols, including potential COVID-19 vaccination requirements

Benefits
The anticipated hourly salary range for this role is $19.00-26.31 hourly. This role is eligible for a transportation allowance.
