About the role
The Field Service Technician (FSR3) is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers in the Hackettstown, NJ area. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on-site
- Install new equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide guidance
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- At least 2 years of related experience in a field service or maintenance role
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards

Pay
