Field Service Technician- Capital Equipment

Responsible for providing field service support for capital equipment across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to capital equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their needs
• Travel to client sites as needed to perform services

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Experience in a similar field or relevant training
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform necessary tasks including lifting and moving equipment
