About the role

Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for capital equipment across various sites.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to capital equipment.
• Maintain and upgrade equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document procedures and best practices for future reference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
