Field Service Technician - Bismark, ND Region

On the road, hands-on, and customer-focused role keeping coffee, cold beverage, and water-filtration equipment running at peak performance across the Bismarck, ND region.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to install, maintain, repair, and remove brewing equipment, grinders, and filtration units
• Perform preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns
• Troubleshoot issues and identify repair trends before they escalate
• Manage spare parts inventory and order supplies as needed
• Use a company handheld device to accept service calls and log notes
• Prepare water-filtration units to meet sales demand
• Partner with your manager and teammates to ensure smooth operations
• Deliver top-notch customer service with every visit

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical and electrical know-how (multi-meters and circuitry experience)
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and replace equipment parts
• Comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs, climbing ladders, bending, standing, and moving throughout the day
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills
• Tech-friendly (smartphone proficiency)
• Positive, team-first attitude with integrity and professionalism
• Safe driving record and adherence to traffic laws
• Willingness to complete pre-employment testing (DOT exam and drug screen)

Schedule

• Five-day work week
• Some on-call nights, weekends, or holidays may be required
• Occasional travel depending on territory needs
