Field Service Technician - Big Island, Hawaii (6 month Temporary Assignment)

About the role

Enphase Energy is seeking a Field Service Technician for a 6-month temporary assignment to support Distribution and Installation Partners. This role involves owning problems through completion and providing top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel of up to 50% depending on assigned territory
• Coordinate site visits with homeowners
• Perform onsite testing and diagnostics
• Install and route conduit, copper piping, and flexible tubing
• Complete solar maintenance reports and documentation
• Utilize standard field tools and adhere to safety protocols
• Maintain tool inventory and participate in safety training
• Respond promptly to customer needs and train team members
• Follow OSHA safety standards and demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Identify process improvements and contribute to a collaborative work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in electrical installation and service
• Valid state driver's license with a clean record
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform manual labor
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures
• Commercial or residential electrical license (preferred)
• NABCEP certification (preferred)
