Responsibilities

• Promote an atmosphere of goodwill and accountability between the company and the customer.
• Act in a professional manner and provide a superior level of customer service.
• Expertly analyze and diagnose equipment problems and breakdowns.
• Recommend the correct service and repair actions to resolve equipment performance issues.
• Make appropriate equipment repairs or modifications.
• Efficiently perform scheduled equipment maintenance.
• Accurately and neatly document each service call and repair, providing the necessary paperwork.
