About the role
Responsible for providing field service support to customers across various locations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair water treatment system issues
- Install new water treatment systems as needed
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Ensure all work is completed safely and according to manufacturer’s guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in water treatment or similar field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Skills
- Knowledge of water treatment systems
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
- Good physical stamina for fieldwork
