About the Role

A Service Technician specializing in end-of-the-line packaging equipment is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery at customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain packaging machinery at customer sites.
• Provide on-site technical support and ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Collaborate with clients to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
• Assist with equipment upgrades and system improvements.

Requirements

• Experience with packaging or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
• Ability to work independently and on-site at customer locations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple customer sites as needed.
