Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair equipment, including engines, electric motors, transmissions, hydraulics, brakes, steering, electrical systems, lifting systems, and other major components.
• Keep equipment safe and dependable through preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and basic welding as needed.
• Put safety first every day by following proper repair procedures, maintaining a clean work area, and meeting company and applicable safety requirements.
• Take ownership of the job by maintaining needed parts and supplies, completing service documentation on time, supporting customers, and completing required technical training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and 3+ years of equipment repair or related mechanical experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills, along with a dependable, team‑first approach to your work.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and regularly stand, walk, bend, lift, and twist.
• Mechanical or trade school training is a plus, and availability for an on‑call schedule may be required.
