Field Service Technician

About the role

As a Field Service Technician, you will work on-site at terminal locations throughout the Chicagoland area (primarily located in the southern Chicagoland area and Joliet, IL). You will provide support to regional REMPREX clients through installing, troubleshooting, and servicing technology for our automated gate systems, utilizing built-in diagnostics and external testing equipment to ensure proper functionality. You will perform preventative maintenance and attend to any reported errors or broken equipment, playing a key role in ensuring REMPREX technology in the field
